（中央社記者蘇龍麒新北市15日電）新北市長朱立倫今天表示，將結合中央政府一起調查南勢溪與烏來的水土保持，對於山區違規違法事件「該拆就拆」。

蘇迪勒造成新北市烏來區災情慘重、道路柔腸寸斷，南勢溪的水土保持與溫泉、養殖業者的違法問題，也引發各界討論。

朱立倫上午出席新北市甘藷節活動時，受訪時表示，有關烏來的水土保持工作與南勢溪的調查，將結合中央的行政院農業委員會林務局、水保局、經濟部水利署台北水源特定區管理局等單位詳細調查。

他說，烏來災情到底是因為森林崩塌，還是水土保持或其他問題造成影響，都會調查。

朱立倫說，對於山區違規違法事件，主管機關除了開罰外，該拆就拆、該嚴格處理就嚴格處理，也希望台北水源特定區管理局能夠照新北市政府的多次行文來處理。1040815
