（中央社記者曾盈瑜台北13日電）立法院長王金平臉書粉絲團「台灣公道伯王金平」今天貼文，希望天津爆炸事件的居民早日恢復平日生活，並反觀台灣經驗進行3點分析，盼加強民眾危機意識及認知。

中國大陸天津濱海新區昨晚發生大爆炸，天津消防指揮部說，爆炸地點放著硝酸鉀、硝酸鈉等硝酸鹽物質，這些固體氧化劑遇熱碰撞都容易爆炸，存放的地點已被炸成大坑。

社群網站臉書（facebook）「台灣公道伯王金平」粉絲團，晚間貼出題為「天津爆炸現況與反思」的7頁簡報，整理天津爆炸的原因，反觀台灣3部分論述，希望協助鄉親們加強危機意識及認知，避免類似災害發生。

貼文指出，12日晚上，位於中國天津濱海新區天津港堆放危險品的倉庫，因為集裝箱場起火引起爆炸，造成輕軌建築及周圍居民樓受損。目前死亡及失蹤人數還在估算中，具體起火爆炸地點也還在調查中。

貼文表示，台灣近20年來也發生多起氣洩、爆炸的工安事件，當類似災害發生時，總是需要多面向進行問題檢討，總歸來講，大家必須努力的方向為包括業者的安全認知、民眾的安全教育及公共安全的保障。

貼文以高雄氣爆、新北市八仙塵爆、桃園市蘆竹區永興化工廠爆炸案等災害為例，點出業者應具備嚴格完善管理制度、培訓員工危機認知、嚴格管控出入庫制度等，並且點出各類易燃物、腐蝕品等危險物品可能發生的狀況。
